Tjamkje “Annie” Abbott, 82, of Water View passed away on Sunday, Jan. 30, 2022.
She was the widow of Woodrow “Woody” Abbott Jr. and was also predeceased by a son, Guy L. Abbott.
Annie was a member of Hermitage Baptist Church, loved the color red, all types of flowers, was famous for her special chicken noodle soup and was very proud of her Dutch background.
She is survived by her children, Russell Abbott (Patience), Annette Tabor (Tony); former daughter-in-law, Chrissy Bristow, and husband Bubba; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
A graveside memorial service is planned for Friday, Feb. 18 in Hermitage Baptist Church Cemetery, Church View, with a reception to follow in the church fellowship hall.
Arrangements are by Faulkner Funeral Homes, Bristow-Faulkner Chapel, Saluda.
