PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that Middlesex County Economic Development Authority (MRC #2026-0654) is requesting a permit from the Virginia Marine Resources Commission to remove seven (7) boat slips and 90 linear feet of bulkhead for construction of an 80-foot by 70-foot concrete boat ramp, three (3) 90-foot by 8-foot floating docks, two (2) 60-foot by 3-foot vinyl jetties, and a 100-foot by 30-foot walkway adjacent to 18691 General Puller Highway, situated along Broad Creek in Middlesex County.
