On Wednesday, Oct. 28, with the 69th Urbanna Oyster Festival looming, a tradition carried on by generations of oystermen took place at Best Boatyard at Christchurch as boatyard owner Henry Smith launched the 35-foot by 11-foot by 2.5-foot deadrise “Boss Lady” back into the water.
