Middlesex School Superintendent Dr. Peter Gretz announced Monday night at a public hearing on the upcoming 2020-21 (FY21) school budget that a joint committee of school board and supervisors (Consultation and Feasibility Committee) have agreed not to pursue building a new school bus garage.
Dr. Gretz told the public and school board he would recommend the cost of a new bus garage (estimated at $850,000) be taken out of the capital improvement category of the FY21 budget.
