After you choose your Mailed or Digital Subscription, you will be presented with a few options that have been defined below. Choose the option that corresponds to your address and medium.

A discount is included when you purchase a mail + digital subscription.

Local: Rate for papers mailed to addresses in Lancaster, Northumberland, Mathews and Middlesex Counties

Non-Local: Rate for papers mailed to addresses other than Lancaster, Northumberland, Mathews and Middlesex Counties

Student: Rate for papers mailed to campus during the school year (9 months)

Part-time Resident: Rate for subscribers who have their newspaper mailed to an “other area” address for part of the year, up to a limit of 3 months

Digital subscriptions require manual activation by our team. We strive to process all activations within 24 hours of payment confirmation on business days, and within 48 hours over the weekend.

Refund Policy

Southside Sentinel, Inc. has a “No Refund” policy. No refunds will be provided for payments made to your account. If you have a question regarding your account or a payment that you have made, please contact a customer support representative at (804) 758-2328 ext. 101 or 102. Southside Sentinel, Inc. reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at its discretion. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy on the Southside Sentinel, Inc. website.

The printed version of the Southside Sentinel is mailed from the Urbanna and surrounding post offices under a Periodicals (Second Class) permit each Thursday morning. Same day delivery in the Middle Peninsula is usual (but not guaranteed); delivery times in other areas vary based on U.S. Postal Service procedures and cannot be guaranteed.
