Middlesex moves to baseball finals

The Region A baseball finals will be played tonight Thursday June 1 at Middlesex High School (MHS).  The Chargers will be playing Lancaster as the Red Devils defeated No. 1 seed Essex, 7-5, on Wednesday, May 31. The Chargers are favored in the game as MHS is the No. 3 seed in the tournament Lancaster is seeded fourth. Middlesex defeated Rappahannock, 2-1, in a semi-final game on Tuesday, May 30 to advance to the finals.
