MHS softball team to focus on reducing errors, pitching

Middlesex High School’s 2025-2026 softball team lost five starters from last year’s roster. Three starters graduated and two are not playing this season.

Last year’s squad captured Tidewater District runner-up honors, according to MaxPreps.com, finishing 13-7 overall and 7-2 in the district (King William was the district champion.)

Chucky Oliver is back at the helm coaching a very young team with just two seniors, Carly Jessie and Courtney Jessie, and one junior, Mary Johnson.
