Deltaville representative Randy Crittenden informed supervisors that residents on Lovers Lane and adjoining streets have requested that the county consider an ordinance allowing golf carts.
Kretz reported that he prepared a map of the area and submitted it to VDOT for an initial review. He explained that the process would require specific signage, updated drawings showing sign locations and existing speed limit signs, and possible documentation related to road width.
Board Chairman Don Harris suggested that Crittenden ask Deltaville citizens interested in the golf cart zone if they are willing to pay signage costs associated with the zone…
