Charlie Small's of Richmond is the winner of this year’s Urbanna Oyster Festival poster contest. His poster entry will appear on the cover of the Sentinel’s Nov. 6 print edition’s special 36-page festival preview supplement. It was selected by the Oyster Festival Foundation Board based on the artistic skill and representation of this year’s theme.
