The Urbanna Town Council is set to meet at 6 p.m. — an hour earlier than its usual time — on Thursday, Aug. 12, on the second floor of Urbanna Town Hall. The meeting will feature a representative from the Hampton Roads Sanitation District (HRSD), who will describe plans to put a sewage pump station at 215 Linden Ave., where the existing home there would be razed.
The meeting includes a public comment portion where citizens can give their opinions…
