Regina Jackson Carter, 75, of Topping, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 2, 2024.
She is survived by her husband, Garland Carter; her daughters, Irene Harcum, Valerie Jackson and Tia Lester (Jakorri); son, Kenneth Jackson; 11 grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
The viewing will be 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 11 and noon to 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 12, at J.K. Redmond Funeral Home. The funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 12 at the funeral home. Interment will be private.
