For almost eight decades, RAL in Kilmarnock has served as an invaluable creative and cultural touchstone for the Middle Peninsula and Northern Neck.
It has provided a place for regional artists to exhibit their work, art appreciators to enjoy and acquire fine art, community members to attend classes and people to celebrate art and each other, according to RAL Board President Doug Mock.
RAL Art Center recently announced the public launch of the $1.2 million Art for All capital campaign to fund a new, multi-functional community art center.
