Pamela Foster Bradley, 69, of Glen Allen, formerly of Mathews County, passed away Thursday, March 12, 2026.
She was a 1974 graduate of Mathews High School. She worked for the federal government for more than 30 years and retired from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Richmond, in 2019.
Born on May 24, 1956, Pamela was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She will be remembered for her gentle spirit and kind heart.
Pamela is survived by her husband, John Bradley; daughters, Tonya Morris and Tamara Morris; sister, Freddie Faucett; her two bonus children, eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and a host of loving family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Fredrick and Nannie Foster, and sister Barbara Brown.
The family would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the doctors, nurses and all the wonderful staff for the excellent and supportive care.
A service to celebrate Pamela’s life is planned for noon Saturday, March 28 at Antioch Baptist Church, Susan, Va., in Mathews County.
Friends and family are invited to attend and share their memories.
Services are under the direction of J.K. Redmond Funeral Home in Shacklefords.
