Team improves to 13-2
The Middlesex High School varsity volleyball team improved to 13-2 with recent victories over Essex, King and Queen Central and Mathews.
Middlesex defeated Essex in 3-0 sets with scores of 25-9, 25-8 and 25-11 on Oct. 2; and defeated King and Queen Central on Oct. 6, 25-6, 25-19 and 25-20.
On Tuesday of this week, the Lady Chargers defeated visiting Mathews.
Middlesex is at Charles City tonight, Thursday, Oct. 12.
On Tuesday, Oct. 17, for senior night, the Lady Chargers will host West Point Pointer girls in the final home game of the regular season.
The Lady Chargers finish the regular season on Thursday, Oct. 19.
