The Flags for Heroes display, sponsored by the Rotary Club and Scouts BSA (formerly called Boy Scouts), has returned to the corner of Christ Church Lane and General Puller Highway (Route 33) in Christchurch. This is your opportunity to recognize someone who has made a meaningful impact in your life. Your hero can be a veteran, first responder, medical professional, teacher, mentor or anyone who has inspired you.

When you make your donation, your hero’s name will be displayed on the flag as a beautiful tribute for all to see. Make your donation by visiting http://middlesexflags.org or stopping by the location from noon to 4 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 8, or 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Veterans Day, Wednesday, Nov. 11.

“We appreciate your support!” an event spokesman said.
