A rep from FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes), a club at St. Clare Walker (SCW) Middle School in Locust Hill, spoke with Middlesex County Kiwanis Club members at their July meeting at Virginia Street Cafe in Urbanna.

FCA is beginning its third year at SCW. FCA is a Christian-based club that focuses on building leadership skills through Bible stories and helps individuals grow in their faith and gain a closer relationship with God. Its motto is “LOVE GOD! LOVE PEOPLE!”

Volunteers from Zoar Baptist Church in Deltaville provided the majority of FCA snacks for the 2024-2025 school year, assisted by Hermitage Baptist Church of Church View’s Women on Missions group, which made a generous monetary donation to help with snacks as well.

For information on FCA, call 804-824-4299.
