Virginia’s Li’l Ole Opry will bring out the Outlaw in everyone on Saturday night, Aug. 16, when they pay tribute to the greats of classic Southern rock and roll and Outlaw Country.

In this first ever show of its kind at the Opry, audience members will hear the best of country, rock and crossover artists like Willie, Waylon, Merle, Bocephus, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Charlie Daniels Band, Jesse Colter, Gretchen Wilson and many others from these great musical genres.
“Special guest lead guitarist, Alan Brown, formerly of Southern Thunder, will be joining the band for this show only and we are all very excited about sharing the stage with him. He’s been playing many of these songs since they came out on the radio and his professionalism and musicianship is simply outstanding,” stated Opry President Lynda Smith.
Tickets are $15 for adults and $5 for children 12 and under. Tickets can be purchased in advance at the Mathews Visitor Center in Mathews and Marketplace Antiques on Route 17 in Hayes. Tickets are also available at the door on show night starting at 6:30 p.m.
