Like Ground Hog Day, Woman’s Club bread fun returns

Just like Ground Hog Day, the Middlesex County Woman’s Club (MCWC) annual bread-baking class is rolling around again! This year Vera England and the Woman’s Club team will be experimenting with holiday breads.

This will be a hands-on class, so be prepared to stir, squish, knead, roll, and pound and to immerse your hands in warm gooey dough. While the dough rises, participants will share a light lunch of our demonstration loaves and soup brought by volunteers.

Ingredients will be supplied, but participants will be given a list of supplies (bowls, baking pans, etc.) that they will need for the class. The class is $50.…
