The Juneteenth Variety Show 2025 will “celebrate freedom” on Saturday, June 21, at St. Clare Walker Middle School in Locust Hill.
The family event is open to the public and will be educating, empowering and entertaining, organizers say.
Admission is free to the five-hour event presented by Game Changers of Middlesex County. It begins with a dance party in the cafeteria from 2-4 p.m. There will be a 360 Photo Booth, information row, Middlesex Mobile Library, food and merchandise vendors.
The Show
From 4-6 p.m. “The Variety Show” will light up the SCW stage. Masters of ceremony pastors, the Rev. Dr. Teresa and Robert H. Sutherlin, will introduce a lineup that includes, Juneteenth Reflections, Motherland Fashions, Face Painting, the Vibe Squad Dance Team, poetry reading, a 50/50 raffle and musical selections.
