James Garfield Smith peacefully went home to be with his Lord and Savior surrounded by his family on Thursday, Sept. 18, 2025.
He is survived by his sisters, Carolyn Jones, Eleanor Dixon and Nancy Beverley.
The viewing is planned for 11 a.m.-noon on Saturday Sept. 27 at Ebenezer Baptist Church in Cobbs Creek. The funeral will follow at noon.
