Clarence Edward Bagby, 69, of Richmond, formerly of Church View, passed away Saturday, Nov. 1, 2025.
The funeral service is planned for 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 9, at J.K. Redmond Funeral Home in Shacklefords. Interment will be in Mount Zion Baptist Church Cemetery, Church View. The viewing will be the hour prior to the service.
