All Saints Anglican Catholic Church, located at 48 New St. in Saluda, is a welcome refuge for many people of different faiths coming together for worship, praise, beautiful music, fun fellowship and sharing the enduring love of Jesus Christ. They practice a traditional liturgy from the “1928 Book of Common Prayer” with sound theological and biblical teaching.
Share with them the Holy Communion service on Sunday mornings at 11:15 a.m., following a 10 a.m. adult Bible study. Fellowship after the service is a wonderful coffee hour with friends!
On Wednesdays, they conduct a noon lunchtime 30-minute Holy Communion service, which also includes prayers for the nation. There is no sermon. You may wish to bring a bag lunch and meet with friends after the service in the parish hall next door.

Hermitage Baptist Church will have a community barbecue meal and grocery giveaway event on Friday, May 15, from 5-6:30 p.m. A free barbecue meal will be available for everyone in the community. Eat in or take out.
The church served more than 500 meals last year and its members are looking forward to serving the community again this year.

The weekly summer worship service at Bethpage Camp-Resort is set for 9 a.m. this Sunday, May 17, at the Bethpage amphitheater. All community members, local campers and visitors are invited. Saluda’s Immanuel Baptist Church on Sunday, May 17, will celebrate Women’s Day at 11 a.m. Minister Tina Bonney of First Baptist Church Amburg will deliver The Preached Word. Minister Bonney will be accompanied by George Robins and his Gospel Robins and the congregation.
The theme is “Women Praising the Lord” from scripture Proverbs 31:30.
The worship leader will be the Rev. Dr. Margaret Louden of St. Paul Baptist Church, Church View. Dr. John C. Wright Jr. is Immanuel’s pastor.
The Women of Worth Ministry of Make-A-Way and Deliverance Church, Urbanna, will celebrate Women’s Day on Sunday, May 17, at 3 p.m. The worship leader will be Tonya Taliaferro. The theme will be “The Strong Faith of A Praying Woman” (1 Samuel 1:10).
Minister Dana Ransom will be the guest speaker for the evening service. She is the daughter-n-Love of the Apostle Jesse Ransom and Prophetess Edna Ransom.

The speaker will be the Rev. Karen Ashton of Morning Star Baptist Church of Montross, where she is the youth minister.

Calvary Baptist Church, Christchurch, will have a Women’s Day program on Sunday, June 7, at 3 p.m. The theme of the program is Christian Joy, Philippians 4:4. The guest speaker will be Minister Rose Mason of First Baptist Church, Mathews. A guest choir will render the music.
