Bluegrass concert set for Saturday at firehouse

Water View Bluegrass Band and other bluegrass performers are set to return to the Middlesex Volunteer Fire Department station (Urbanna firehouse) at 335 Virginia St. at 7 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 9 for a special concert. Admission is free, but donations to Middlesex Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary are welcome. Covered dish snacks will be shared at intermission. The bluegrass concerts are offered at the same time and location every second Saturday of the month, May-September.
