Becky Bullock is the co-owner of two well-known, longtime grocery stores in Middlesex County — Urbanna Market and Deltaville Hometown IGA. She is the behind-the-scenes force that keeps operations at the popular stores running smoothly. While she’s worked at the markets for more than the past two decades, she’s served as their co-owner for the past 10 years. It’s a role she shares with the other co-owner — her husband, Harry Bullock.
The pair work as a team, generally spending the mornings at the Deltaville store and the afternoons at the Urbanna one. “We work in the same office together and a lot of times we even drive together. We are constantly together,” Becky Bullock told the Sentinel in a recent interview. “We work together and have the same days off together.’’
