Vicki Long Hogge, 67, of Deltaville, formerly of Hartfield, passed away on Saturday, April 22.
She was born in Richmond on July 12, 1955.
Vicki was a member of Lower United Methodist Church and was involved in Relay for Life and the American Heart Association. She was a nurse extraordinaire and worked for Rappahannock General Hospital for almost 30 years.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Vivian H. and Harry P. Long; sisters, Judith Corbin, Bonnie Clark; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
Vicki is survived by her husband of 43 years, Thomas “Bubba” Hogge; children, Kari Hogge, Daniel Hogge (Liz), Kristin Harris (Cory); grandchildren, Shawn Smallwood, Haley Waltman (Matt), Jonathan Hogge, Ethan Hogge, Cole Harris, Simon Hogge, Ava Harris, Vivian Hogge, Aubri Harris; great-grandchildren, Braxton Patterson and soon to be Baby Waltman.
A funeral service is planned for 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 29 at Lower United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends from 1-2 p.m. at the church prior to the service. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Faulkner Funeral Homes, Bristow-Faulkner Chapel, Saluda is assisting the family.
