The fourth Urbanna Pet and Children’s Christmas Parade is set for 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 4, (rain date is Dec. 11). It will start at Taber Park at the corner of Rappahannock Avenue and Bonner Street.
It’s mostly for Yule-costumed dogs, but some years miniature horses have participated. There is no charge to participate.
Prizes will be awarded for various categories, including Most Beautiful, Cutest, Smallest and Largest. A dog trick class is being offered as part of the fun. The Middlesex County Kiwanis Club is the sponsor.
