A program titled “Music Of The Night” will be presented by a string quartet from the local Strings and Things network of musicians on Sunday, Nov. 14, at 5 p.m. The free performance will be presented at Urbanna Baptist Church and is open to the public. Selections will include a range of musical styles from classical to popular and beyond. Performance pieces will include music that has inspired composers through the ages to write about the beauty, the mystery, and the magic of the night. In addition to nocturnes, listeners will enjoy a variety of moon tunes, dream melodies and possibly even a nightmare.
