Tiara Adell Quille of Baltimore, Md., 99, passed away peacefully on Friday, Jan. 8, 2021.
She was the daughter of the late Joseph W. And Lucy Fitchett Harris of Topping.
The funeral is planned for 11:30 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 21 at March Funeral Home West, Baltimore, Md. It is preceded by visitation at 11 a.m.
