On the heels of Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam’s statewide executive order that masks be worn in public places, the Middlesex County Board of Supervisors has developed a “Real Heroes Wear Masks” image and message campaign encouraging Middlesex County residents and visitors to wear masks during this pandemic.
Supervisors asked five county seniors they considered “local heroes” in Middlesex to be “poster children” in promotional wear-a-mask campaign.
