“Looking for the Mark,” a watercolor by Carol Vaughn, was declared the winner.
Vaughn has a graphic design degree from Tyler School of Art, Temple University, and recently retired to the Northern Neck where she plans to continue her painting and sailing pursuits.
This exhibit runs through February 1, Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m.-4 p.m., at the RAL Art Center, 19 N. Main Street, Kilmarnock.
