A public hearing this week will give folks the opportunity to sound off on Middlesex County’s proposed $23 million budget for the new fiscal year, which starts July 1. The hearing is set for 7 p.m. today, Thursday, April 18, at the Middlesex County Historic Courthouse at 865 General Puller Highway in Saluda.
