Lower United Methodist Church Buoys and Gulls Preschool celebrated its students’ graduation on July 8. The fun included a special graduation parade for the 14 boys and girls who were graduating from the Hartfield preschool. In a normal year, the graduation would have been in May, but it was delayed this year due to COVID-19 concerns.
The children either pedaled along on decorated bicycles, coasted on scooters or rode in miniature toy vehicles. The parade participants snaked through the school’s parking lot…
