The Piankatank River Ladies Golf Association (PRLGA) hosted a June 28 match play event against the lady golfers of Viniterra Golf Course. These two groups have competed in this event for several years with each boasting a win. The PRLGA came away with bragging rights this time with a win of 12 and a half to 5 and a half. Viniterra was expected to host the match at their home course on July 10.
