The community is invited to attend a free open house at the Middlesex Family YMCA. It is set for 8 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 21, at the Y, which is at 11487 General Puller Highway (Route 33) in Hartfield.
Activities throughout the day will include sampler sessions of group exercise classes, wellness coach consultations on the fitness floor, youth basketball in the gymnasium and healthy snacks.
