Middlesex girls track team wins five-team meet

The Middlesex High School (MHS) girls track team won a five-team meet on Friday, May 8, at King & Queen (K&Q) Central High School at K&Q Courthouse.

The Lady Chargers scored 111 points as a team to finish in first place. The MHS girls were followed by King William, second, 89 points; Mathews, third, 39 points; King & Queen, fourth, 28 points; and West Point, fifth, 16 points.

The Lady Chargers participated in the West Point Invitational on Saturday, May 16, and the girls will go to King William today, Thursday, May 21, to participate in the Tidewater District meet…
