Middlesex football squad to host Northern Neck foe today

Last week’s opener canceled due to deluge; gym also flooded

The Middlesex High School (MHS) Charger football team (0-0) will take on the Northumberland Indians (1-0) today, Thursday, Sept. 3, on Bristow-Boxley football field at the Syd Thrift Athletic Center in Saluda. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. Northumberland is coming off a 30-7 win Friday over Northampton.
