The Middlesex High School (MHS) varsity baseball team were eliminated from the State Class 1 baseball tournament today June 9 at Salem Memorial Stadium in Salem as the Charger lost to Lebanon High School, 4-1.
The Chargers, 16-7, finished off one of its best baseball seasons in many years as MHS finished runner-up in Region A competition and advanced in the state tournament by beating Rivershead, 3-1, in the quarterfinals.
