The beginning of 2024 means it’s time for the seventh annual Middlesex County Woman’s Club Bread-Baking Class. This year’s class is set for  10 a.m.-1 p.m. Monday, Jan. 15, at the group’s clubhouse in the colonial courthouse at 202 Virginia St. in Urbanna.

Ingredients will be supplied, but participants will be given a list of supplies (bowls, baking sheet, etc.) that they will need for the class. Expect to spend $35, which will cover the cost of ingredients (which has increased since last year) and a donation to the club. This class is open to the public and men are welcome. The class is best limited to 12 participants. However, a school-age child can be included as your partner for no additional charge.
