The Middlesex County Board of Supervisors (MCBS) agreed on Nov. 4 at the board’s regular monthly meeting to have County Administrator Matt Walker “reach out” to Atlantic Broadband (ABB) management in an effort to resolve customer service complaints.

The board also directed County Attorney Heather Lewis to review the franchise agreement between the county and ABB for consideration of legal options should discussion with ABB prove ineffective.
