Luther “Andy” Sexton, 70, of Deltaville went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, Sept. 12, 2023.
Andy was an employee with Middlesex Ace Hardware and a former employee with Southern States in Kilmarnock.
He was a member of Petsworth Baptist Church in Gloucester.
He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Lois Sexton; one son, Shane Sexton, of Deltaville; one grandson, Shawn; one granddaughter, Tiana; a brother, Paul Sexton (Vickie) of Dandy; a sister-in-law, Vicki Stickl (Gerry) of Clayton, N.C., and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service is planned for 1 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 19 at Gwynns Island Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday, Sept. 18 at Currie Funeral Home in Kilmarnock.
