The Christchurch School (CCS) community celebrated the Feast Day of St. Francis of Assisi with an Episcopal Blessing of the Animals on the lawn in front of CCS’s St. Peter’s Chapel last week.
CCS chaplain, the Rev. Kristen Farrington, and former CCS chaplain, the Rev. Jennifer Kimball, blessed the animals, including River, a good girl who belongs to CCS Head of School Billy Coyle and his wife Mary Coyle. Rev. Farrington performs the blessing.
