The Deltaville Maritime Museum and Holly Point Nature Park is capping off its Holly Point Market season this Saturday, Sept 25. As you all know, produce has rejoined the Holly Point Market vendor mix, but the day is more than just produce — arts, crafts, peanuts, photographs and a wealth of unusual items fill the market.
Recognizing the current COVID-19 situation, the museum itself will open with a masking policy and “donation only” admission at 9 a.m. The new John Earl “Explorer Model” exhibit and Leonard Powell “Lost Lighthouses” will be on display.
The Tom Euler Band takes the waterfront stage that same evening from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the Deltaville Maritime Museum and Holly Point Nature Park’s last Groovin’ in the Park of 2021. Tom Euler is an award-winning singer/songwriter and accomplished guitarist, whose powerful and thoughtful playing style has quickly led to him becoming known as “the young guy with the old soul.”
This is a “bring your own lawn chair, cooler and picnic” event. Gates open at 4 p.m. Rain or shine.
Tickets for this Groovin’ are $10 in advance and $15 at the door.
