Joyce Anne Bowen Blake, 71, of Topping passed away unexpectedly in her home on Friday, Nov. 19, 2021. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bud and Doris Bowen; and her brother, Buddy Bowen.
She is survived by her best friend and loving husband of 45 years, David Blake; her son, Trey Blake and her granddaughters Allison Blake and Alexa Young-Blake and her grandsons Matthew Blake and Corbin Blake; her daughter, Traci Wright, Son-in-law, John Wright and granddaughter, Samantha Wright; her daughter, Jennifer Blake and granddaughters, Chelsi Blake, Cheyenne Pullman, Sarah Blake and grandson, William Blake; her brother, Todd Bowen; and many other extended family members and friends.
Nanny Joyce absolutely adored her children, grandchildren and all of her “fur” babies. Nobody ever left her house without a warm hug and a smile on their face due to her silly jokes. She loved and never missed attending Chelsi playing sports. She was her number one fan.
