MC Sports Complex celebrating its 25th anniversary

The Middlesex County Sports Complex Committee (MCSCC) is celebrating more than a quarter century of operation and this year MCSCC will be offering special naming opportunities of sports complex fields.
MCSCC Co-chairman Jackie Duke Taylor said, “We are opening the option to rename individual baseball/softball fields as well as the entire soccer/football complex.”
She added, “This is a unique opportunity to create a lasting legacy while supporting youth and community sports. These naming rights provide long-term recognition and help ensure the continued growth and success of the complex.”
The Middlesex County Kiwanis Club has “graciously” agreed to sponsor a field at the Locust Hill complex, said Taylor. Greg Chambers, club president, and Bob Winslow, treasurer of the club, recently presented a check to MCSCC Co-chairman Tammie Putney and MCSCC Treasurer Johnny Fleet for a naming of a field in the name of Middlesex Kiwanis.
The amount of donation contribution to name a field is $25,000 per field for a 15-year term. A payment option may be to pay $5,000 over a five-year period, said Taylor.
If anyone has any questions concerning the naming of the sports complex fields they should contact Tammie Putney at 804-514-5303.
