The Christchurch School (CCS) girls basketball team finished the 2025-2026 season ranked number six in the VISAA Division II. The Seahorse girls hosted and won the first round of the state championship playoffs, defeating Veritas School 56-41.

The team advanced to the quarterfinals, where they lost to number two-ranked Norfolk Christian School.

Earlier in the season, the team won the prestigious St. Stephen’s and St. Agnes Girls Invitational Basketball Tournament in Alexandria…
