After a COVID-19 induced suspension of service, fare-free trolley rolling again through Urbanna

Bay Transit, the public transportation division of Bay Aging, has reinstated trolley service in Urbanna, Colonial Beach and Kilmarnock after being suspended during the 2020 summer season because of COVID-19.
