The next monthly luncheon meeting of the Topping-based Northern Neck-Middle Peninsula Chapter of the Virginia Aeronautical Historical Society (VAHS) is set for 11:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 15, at Hummel Field airport’s new terminal building, rather than at its usual Pilot House Inn restaurant location at 2737 Greys Point Road (Route 3) beside Hummel Field airport in Topping.
It will feature a presentation and dedication of two VAHS Hall of Fame portraits with bios:
- Ann Baumgartner Carl of Kilmarnock
- Maude “Maxine” Walker of Deltaville
