The Deltaville Maritime Museum (DMM) and Holly Point Nature Park swing into the heart of their events season on Saturday, June 26. Tasty produce has rejoined the Holly Point Market vendor mix and the Beatles tribute band “Abbey Road” takes us for a Groovin’ in the Park-style walk down memory lane with its take on the “fab four” from Liverpool.
There will also be live music by Urbanna’s David Moran during the 9 a.m.-1 p.m. market and free workboat tours and cruises with “Cap’n Pete” at 10 a.m. at the museum’s Mill Creek “Pierwalk” on the deadrise “Jennie May.” The Willard Norris Skiff project is working in the boat shop — check it out.
Remember, it’s Holly Point Market from 9 a.m.-1 p.m., then it’s “Groovin’” from 5-8 p.m…
