The community is invited to attend a free open house at the Middlesex Family YMCA on Saturday, January 11. Activities throughout the day will include sampler sessions of group exercise classes, wellness coach consultations on the fitness floor, a pickleball demonstration, children’s activities, raffle, and healthy snacks.
Zumba, hi/lo aerobics, and abs classes will be offered beginning at 9:30 a.m. In the gymnasium from 9-10 a.m. stop by for a pickleball demonstration. Visit the gymnasium after 10 a.m. to shoot some hoops, kick around the indoor soccer ball, or hit the volleyball around. After-school and summer camp information will be available, with details on how to register your school-age child.
