Peacefully on Friday, Dec. 25, 2020 Virginia L. “Ginny” Major went home to be with the Lord.
She is survived by her loving daughter, Sabrina (Samuel) Prather; dear sisters, Carrie Barnes and Susie Harris; and three grandchildren, Naomi, Kennis and Kofi Prather.
She was preceded in death by her mother, father, sister, three brothers and her devoted companion.
Friends may visit with the family on Friday, Jan. 8, from 9 a.m. until time of the service at 10 a.m. at Briscoe-Tonic Funeral Home at 2294 Old Washington Road, Waldorf, Md.
Interment will be at Resurrection Cemetery.
